Cancellation Policy

We Kyarate make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are not able to process and will be cancelled. This cancellation happens because of limitations on stock available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product information, pricing or problems identified by our trust and safety department.

After such cancellation of orders our customer support team will communicate to you about this and your money will be refunded if already paid.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel the order you may call to customer support or mail us, we will cancel the order and your money will be refunded, in case we have already processed the order before your cancellation request, you just need to not accept the parcel when it reach at your door step. We will refund entire amount to you.


Kyarate will refund the money by same mode by which we have received the payment, like if net banking or debit card, we will refund money in your account. if credit card, we will refund in your credit card. if you purchase Cash On Delivery, we will refund in our Kyarate wallet or by cheque or may deposit in your bank account.

Typically your amount takes 3-5 Business days to get reflected in your Bank Account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer time to reflect the credit posted on the card.

Kyarate may give voucher also equivalent value to purchase in any transaction.

Shipping and COD Fees

If buyer wish returns the goods or any services, we will accept returns in all cases, but if products or services has no fault, or if seller or Kyarate has no fault, still buyer can return the order. In such cases buyer has to pay return shipping charges.


Buyer may exchange goods or services if there is any defect in the products. Or its not as per promised in the advertisement.

Returns Policy

Buyer may return the products within 10 days of receiving the goods, if it is not as same as mentioned in the advertisement, or if outer packaging is tempered or damaged. But buyer has to inform within 48 Hours of receiving the goods, by email or phone to the Kyarate to initiate the further process.

We cannot accept returns the few items which belongs to human hygiene, or those items which uses directly in the contact of human body.

If products is damaged or become defective while using, Kyarate will not accept the returns. In such cases buyer has to contact manufacturer or seller if any warrantee or guarantee.

If product is covered under guarantee or warrantee in such case buyer has to directly contact to seller or manufacturer if needed.

Buyer has to return the item in original packaging along with original invoice.

Kyarate will give free of cost reverse pick up facility to buyer.

In case if buyer location has no reverse pickup facility, buyer has to return the item by their own courier and Kyarate will refund the amt up to Rs 120/- Maximum to buyer.

Kyarate hold the right to charge shipping cost or cancel the order or impose cost of the deal on buyer, if Kyarate found that buyer in involve in frequent activity.
